Mike Laszlo represents local and national companies in the areas of business, commercial, alcohol beverage law, start ups, and trademarks.  He is actively involved in a wide range of litigation including complex commercial, trademark, alcohol beverage, toxic tort and products liability.

Mike developed the firm’s wine, craft beer and spirits practice group and is a frequent speaker and commentator on alcohol beverage law and business and commercial law.

In addition, Mike serves on the Board of Directors for The Boulder Cancer Fighters, The George Karl Foundation, and the Association of North American Professional Road Cyclists (ANAPRC).

In 2002, Mike received his B.S. from the University of Utah and in 2006 earned his J.D. from the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. While in law school, Mike was Senior Editor for the Journal of Law and Health, Vice President of the Student Bar Association, Political Columnist for The Gavel, and President of the Federalist Society.

Mike is licensed to practice in the States of Colorado and Washington, and is admitted in the U.S. District Courts for the District of Colorado, Western District of Washington and the Northern and Southern Districts of Ohio, and the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Sixth and Tenth Circuits.

Mike is a member of the Colorado Bar Association, Washington Bar Association, Boulder County Bar Association, King County Bar Association, Cleveland Bar Association, the Federalist Society, Boulder Chamber of Commerce and Broomfield Chamber of Commerce.
