Mike Laszlo is an associate in the firm’s Civil Litigation Department. He joined Laszlo & Associates as an associate in 2006 after having been with the firm as a law clerk since 2004. Mike devotes the majority of his practice to civil litigation and wine, beer and liquor law and has been involved in a wide range of complex commercial, toxic tort and products liability cases. In 2008, Mike obtained a judgment in a hidden assets action entitling his client to recover over $6 million.

 

In 2002, Mike received his B.S. from the University of Utah and in 2006 earned his J.D. from the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. While in law school, Mike was Senior Editor for the Journal of Law and Health, Vice President of the Student Bar Association, Political Columnist for The Gavel, President of the Federalist Society and Co-Founder and President of the Cleveland-Marshall Law School Republicans.

 

Mike is licensed to practice in the States of Colorado and Washington, and is admitted in the U.S. District Courts for the District of Colorado and the Northern and Southern Districts of Ohio, and the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the Sixth and Tenth Circuits.

 

Mike is a member of the Colorado Bar Association, Washington Bar Association, Boulder County Bar Association, King County Bar Association, Cleveland Bar Association, the Federalist Society and the Defense Research Institute.
