Ted Laszlo will be co-chairing the Colorado Wine Law Conference April 11-12 in Denver, Colorado. Ted, along with Michael J. Laszlo will be among the distinguished faculty at the Law Seminars International Wine Law Conference. Ted will be discussing the pros and cons of structures from sole proprietorships through partnerships and corporations: Liability, regulatory, tax and estate planning issues; tasting rooms and other early decisions; Tied House rules; avoiding unexpected regulatory problems.

Mike Laszlo will be discussing advertising law issues arising from the interactive nature of social media: Tips for avoiding accidental triggering of regulations for sweepstakes or promotions.
