Mike Laszlo focuses his practice on hospitality, beverage and business law and corporate and commercial litigation, with an emphasis on corporate structures and disputes, trade secret, trademark, liquor law and other complex commercial disputes.  Mike represents manufacturers, importers, wholesalers and retailers of beverage alcohol locally and nationally in all aspects of the industry including complex liquor licensing issues.  He has successfully prosecuted and defended local, national and global clients throughout the country, in state and federal courts including numerous appeals.  Additionally, Mike has extensive experience in mediation and arbitration. He is a frequent speaker and commentator on alcohol beverage law and business and commercial law.
